By downloading, accessing, or using the flight tracker, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the Apple agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Lufthaven helps you find, save, and understand flight and airport information. Data may include schedules, estimates, actual times, gates, terminals, baggage information, aircraft positions, weather, and connection guidance.

Lufthaven is an independent product. It is not an airline, airport, air navigation authority, government agency, or travel agent, and it does not operate or control any flight.

Flight and airport information can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or changed without notice. Estimates and guidance are informational, not guarantees. Always follow instructions from your airline, airport, crew, and public authorities, and allow enough time for travel.

Do not rely on Lufthaven as your only source for safety-critical, immigration, entry, connection, baggage, boarding, or departure decisions.

You are responsible for your account and for protecting access to your device and Sign in with Apple credentials. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may stop tracking individual flights at any time. To request full account deletion, follow the instructions on our support page.

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, its duration, price, included features, and any trial will be shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. Deleting the app or your Lufthaven account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

You may not:

• use the service unlawfully or to harm another person;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass service security;
• scrape or systematically extract data except where law permits it;
• misrepresent Lufthaven data as official airline or airport instructions; or
• reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Lufthaven relies on and may link to third-party services, including Apple, airlines, airports, aviation data providers, weather providers, and government sites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or conduct.

Lufthaven and its licensors own the app, website, software, design, branding, and original content. Flight, airline, airport, map, weather, and other third-party data remain subject to their respective rights. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, or the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or protection of the service. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lufthaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for missed flights, denied boarding, baggage issues, travel disruption, or decisions made from delayed or inaccurate information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. We will post the new effective date here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
