Email support@lufthaven.app. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.

For a flight-data issue, also include the airline and flight number, departure date, and route. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, payment-card details, or identity documents.

Airlines, airports, and aviation providers can revise operational data without notice. If Lufthaven differs from an airline or airport, follow the official source for travel decisions and send us the discrepancy.

Lufthaven uses Sign in with Apple. If you chose Hide My Email, your account may display an Apple private relay address. Sign in again with the same Apple Account and the same sharing choice to reach the same Lufthaven account.

For access, correction, or full account deletion, email privacy@lufthaven.app from the email address associated with your account. If Apple supplied a private relay address, tell us that you used Sign in with Apple; we will provide a verification step and confirm the expected completion time.

Account deletion removes your Lufthaven profile and saved-flight associations, subject to limited retention required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or law. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. View, change, or cancel a plan in Apple's subscription settings. For a billing problem, you can also visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
